Thanks @Doug Spence.  Short term goal is to get 2 cash flowing deals by June 2022.  Longer term goal is to figure out how to make real estate investing my primary post military income source so that I can focus plenty of time on foster care and a non-profit we are involved with.  Looking forward to learning along the way!

Hello all, I'm getting into real estate investing and have been consuming all things BP. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'll be focusing on the Charleston, SC area but may also eventually expand into Hampton Roads, VA. I'm currently with the military and living in Virginia. We currently own one "accidental" investment property in Charleston already. I say accidental since we bought a home as a young married couple because...that's what adults do...right? We held the place when we moved and it has cash flowed ever since. Looking forward to connecting with folks here and getting deeper into investing!
