Hi BP,

I'm an investor and soon-to-be investor-agent (just took NY RE salesperson exam). I manage about 10 of my own doors and am starting to help other investors manage their properties as well. I'm looking for suggestions on sponsoring brokers who are open to this. I started looking at national and cloud-based firms like Exp before quickly realizing many of them don't allow agents to conduct PM services. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Hi all - any interest in reviving this thread?

I just received a $9000+ bill for three past years of "shared meter usage". Fun. Am disputing it with NY Department of Public Service.

Christopher thanks very much! Very helpful

Also interested in hearing more on restrictions, where exactly you ended up buying and how managing the reno from afar!

Hi @Michael M. what did you end up doing? I am wondering about a similar situation.

Anyone have recommendations for a buyer's broker in Queens NYC who is familiar with Queens neighborhoods and ideally multi-family properties? I'd like to work with a broker who is willing to split commission with the buyer. Am working with one now who splits 66% of their commission to the buyer but not in Queens specifically. Thank you

Tyler
