Good morning all,
I am a 90% disabled veteran and I was looking at using the VA loan to purchased my first property in Lexington, SC. My wife and I will be living in the home for a year or two, then we will be renting out the home and purchasing a second property and repeating the process. The BRRRR strategy is becoming my one of favorite strategies to begin with and I wanted to know if that strategy can be using with the VA loan?

@Jaysen Medhurst I agree, I am still in the education phase and finding and analyzing good deals is a challenge for me.

Good morning/afternoon/evening,
I am a newbie investor and I have been researching different methods on how to begin my real estate investing journey. I looked into the BRRRR method and it interested me greatly. In your honest opinion, what is the most difficult part of the BRRRR strategy and why? I believe my problem areas will be the Buy and Refinance portions of the strategy. Thank you all.

@Nicholas L. Oh I see so as long as I am occupying that property as well, I can rent out the room as soon as I want? For example if I buy a duplex, I can fix up the room and rent it out as soon as possible? Do you think it also depends on state laws as well?
