Hello, my name is Tyre and I have a question about how to finance my first property. So I know there are many ways to come up with the money on a rental property but what are the best ways to start? I am looking for a good starting point in my real estate investment journey. Thank you all.
@Jonathan Swartz thank you so much for the advice sir! I been researching processes such as Air BnB and trying to create my own unique one. And I also have been researching property management software as well; have you ever heard of landlord studio? I will definitely reach out to you for advice, it’s great to have help in this business.
@Brenden Mitchum thank you for responding. I dropped out of my masters degree program a few days ago and it made me realize that I couldn’t see myself working for someone else any longer. And so far I have been coming up with a business model (I was looking at Air BnB), coming with a name for my business, etc; I am building the foundation of my landlording business. And I’m looking at the middle income market, a lot of people from that market is still renting so that’s the best place to start for me. And thank you for the book, I will check it out as soon as I can. Thank you so much!
Greetings to all,
My name is Tyre and I am new to real estate investing, is there anyone that could give me tips and tricks on landlording? And also are there any military veterans that are on Bigger pockets? Thank you and have a great day/evening.
