 Thanks👍🏾

I'm looking into buying a 3flat building in the Chicago area but the building needs rewiring and updated plumbing so my question is does anyone have an estimate for each individual issue? It doesn't have to be accurate but somewhere in the ballpark all advice is appreciated thanks

Hi

My fellow biggerpockets memebers I have a question on the legalities of resaling of a short sale deal. So I'm in the process of purchasing a triplex with each unit having 3bd 2bth for 75,000. It's in "ok" condition but is in liveable conditio but I plan on rehabbing the property at resale price the comps are 300,000 in that area should I keep as a rental or resale ?? The units are renting for 800 now but after rehab they will rent for about 1300 dollars a month And also I'm using an FHA loan with 10% down. Any advice is appreciated :)

@Dev Horn Hey thanks for your knowledge and insight of the business and yes i'm not just limiting myself to only wholesaling but just want to use it as a starting kit on my REI venture and also use it as a learning curve because there is alot of things to this business that I will have to learn with experience (i.e. the exit strategies that you suggested). Thanks again for taking the time out and lending sum of your knowledge i appreciate it.
