Does anyone have an inspection company they would recommend for inspection of a small commercial multifamily in Central or Northern New Jersey?

Hello fellow investors, 

My RE attorney has retired. Could anyone recommend a RE attorney for northern NJ? This is not for a syndication, just a straight small multi-fam acquisition.

Would anyone happen to know of a reputable PM serving Delaware county, PA, just outside of Philly (Lansdowne/Springfield area)? This is for an apartment of 20 units.

Hope everyone is well. I am going to San Antonio, TX in the next 4 weeks, or so, depending on how things progress on a potential deal. Can anyone recommend a reputable PM company to manage larger assets of 100+ units. a quick search online turned up:

(1) CSA Realty Gp (HQ in Austin);

(2) Provence Real Estate (HQ in Atlanta, GA)

I would appreciate some feedback, whether about the above-mentioned two options, or a referral for an alternative.

for me it's a PM. I've been looking for a large apartment PM for a San Antonio, TX purchase. Efforts continue.

We are quite hands-on in managing our relationship with the PMC, we leverage the PMC for hands-on management of the properties.
