If your looking for a hml and would like to see a quote let me know would love to help if we are the right fit. 

You need as many as possible.  You either grow or contract . If you have the ability to create thousands of jobs and great housing why would you stop at  4 units . 

You need to make a list of  1000's of properties and offer a price that make your numbers work but its going to take hundreds to thousands of offers but it will work 100%

Bryan,  I would say find a property that cash flow's from the beginning.   That way your not relying on reaching a certain pay down amount. You need to insure your success from the beginning.

As a note the Loan To Value is 20%  , property has a worth of 5x's the loan.
