Congratulations!  This is huge !   Can you share with us the loan company and program you used and how you structured your purchase offer?    It would be great if we can also duplicate your success .

You need as many as possible.  You either grow or contract . If you have the ability to create thousands of jobs and great housing why would you stop at  4 units . 

You need to make a list of  1000's of properties and offer a price that make your numbers work but its going to take hundreds to thousands of offers but it will work 100%

Bryan,  I would say find a property that cash flow's from the beginning.   That way your not relying on reaching a certain pay down amount. You need to insure your success from the beginning.
