I play it on my iPad.  It is SUPER addicting and it definitely is a GREAT learning tool.  At first I thought "This ain't nothin'.  I know how to manage my finances".  So I played the game exactly how I manage my household books.  Welp!  I ended up bankrupt 3 different times.  Then I decided to play the game and use the techniques and thought processes found inside of the RDPD books.  I finally made it.

Then I kept playing... about 4 hours later, I saw money totally different.  When I decided to apply it to my personal finances, I found myself out of debt and STAYED out of it.  I play the game still but not as much.  It helps remind and motivate me to do better.

Hope this helps!

Has anyone used ROBS to start their business?  Sounds like a good way to get access to cash and invest in real estate.  Even get partners to invest and get shares.

Love to hear your thoughts.  I'm considering doing this with my current 401k.

Thanks!

Hi BP!

I currently have 3 duplexes that need work.  I'm in search of an Electrician, Plumber and a GC.  I'm originally from Los Angeles and I'm working on getting a team together to make the management much easier.  Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Post: Transfers to 3 person LLC?

Hi @Christopher Evans,

There are no differences with 3 vs. 1 in this scenario. The bank just wants their loan paid back. They only allow the quit claim at closing to an LLC because they understand people want protection. You will be fine. I would suggest calling them and getting details. As long as your business affairs are in order with the LLC (address, bank accounts, operating agreements, etc.), you should be golden.

Good luck! I'm sure you will do just fine.
