There are different tuition levels.

There are 2 parts to NRU there is the RE education side and the marketing side. Most people that join get in for the RE side but you can also do the marketing side signing up new students. You don't have to do the marketing if you don't want. You truly do not have to tell one person about NRU the whole time if you don't want.

I'm not a salesman. I have never sold anything in my life but I want to be able to sign up my friends and family thats why I got involved in the marketing side.

Before you judge the program go check out one of the meetings in our area and if its not for you then you have made a educated decision.

Let me know what area you are in and I can let you know when and where the next meeting is.

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTTUNITY!!!!

Well I met with the guy from NRU and to myself it sounds like a GREAT opportunity. It's not like alot of the "gurus" out there. The whole program is based on education. They teach you how to become a RE investor and you learn from some of the best mentors in the business now. They have their college classes 4 times a year. And when your ready to invest they will hold your hand through the whole process. One of the best parts is the community. Being part of the NRU community means if I have any problems I can call anyone up and they will glady help out. And they really do help I have seen it. So I short I'm IN!!!!!! This is really a opportunity that can not be missed!!!!!

And there is so much more to much to type. Let me know if you would like anymore info. on the school.

EquityBuilder how long have you been at NRU?

I think its a great thing but I'm trying to get a loan for the Regents and it is harder then a normal student loan because none of the lenders have NRU in their system.

How did pay your tuition? Or if anyone has any info. about getting a loan for NRU let me know!!!!!

Thank you

Well it's RE investment college. It's a real estate investment education program that allows you to earn college credits that can be transferred. They also have to students what they call their "community" which has a property finding service for students, mortgage brokers, basically everything you will need when you are ready to invest. I'm going to a meeting with some of the investors in my area that have gone to the school so I will know more tomorrow.

So far it looks really good.

I recently called this sign I saw for a real estate apprentice. I'm meeting with a guy tomorrow to learn more about it. He said he works with a company that has put together a group of proven real estate investor that mentor you through the process of investing in RE.

My question is do you think this is a way to get money from me?? I think if I go through with it there is a fee I will have to pay(no sure the amount). Does anyone think this would be a wise investment???

I only have 24 hours so any answers would be great!!!!!

Scott
