I just signed up to go to a semiar in a couple weeks about getting goverment grants to purchase a home.

Does anyone know about these grants? Can you really get them ? and if so how hard is it to get a goverment grant?

Thanks

Hi everyone,

I have been asking questions on here for a while now, and wanted to thank everyone for all the info. It has really helped. I have been watching the real estate market in my area for a while now not willing to dive in and buy my first flip (I'm very picky and cheap).

Now I have found the house I'm going to make a offer on. If the offer is accepted, then it would be a really good deal for myself.

So does anyone out there have any last tips or infomation I might need to know before taking the BIG step???

Thank you all again

I wanted to make a offer on a house that has been on market for 154 days. The asking price is about $300,000. I new to this GAME and was wondering what might be a good offer to make.

The house is in a big tourist location, and is a 2/2, 900 sf.

I found a property that looks abandoned. I got the owners name from my real estate agent but they could not get a number or mailing address.

Does anyone know how I could get this info?

I also have the parcel number.

Thanks in advance

The company is a dog training business, and yes there is cash flow. But as of right now its not large amounts.

OK I just started my own company 2 months ago. Currently I rent a house. I do have a good amount of liquid assests.

So I'm looking to rehab a house but I talked to a loan company and they told me I couldnt get a loan because I just started my own company. Not even a no doc loan.

is there anything I can do to get a loan????????

I'm getting ready to try my luck at flipping a house. I was wondering what loan would be best for me? Currently I own my own business and do not have a way to provide proof of income. I do have a good amount a liquid assets in the bank. I was looking to put little or no money down, but I can work with that. I have been looking into buy a foreclosed property and most things I have read say I should get pre-approved before bidding. Is this true?

Any info will help.
