Thank you.  I will check it out :-)

Thank you Kelly,  that is so helpful and encouraging.  I appreciate you taking the time to respond and to share your expertise :-)

Thank you for sharing your expertise and your insight.  I might go check on some of those corporate owned buildings and see how they compare.

Hi,  I have been wanting to get started in the mid term rental market for a while now.  Yesterday I found 6 corporate owned apartment buildings in the medical center area that are fully furnished and equipped and market to nurses.   I am now wondering if any  individual investors currently successfully market to travel nurses or if they all have been squeezed out by the corporations.  Condos in that area are difficult to find below market and I would like to have an exit strategy if the renting to traveling nurses fails.   Thank you so much for reading my post and if you have any insight into this particular market I would love to hear from you.  :-)

Hi Kristin,

I'm new too and hope to begin investing in Houston when rates go down a bit.  It would be nice if we could hook up and strategize, maybe partner up a bit.  I'm an X teacher wanting to transition to real estate.  Unfortunately, I haven't seen much on meetups in Houston, so I am kind of on my own.

Will there be a monthly meetup?  I would like to attend :-)
