Thanks for your input @James Maradits. I have done quite some research in Cleveland and engaged a few agents here and there. I have not yet had the opportunity to visit in person. The dicey part sometimes is knowing how much research is enough, and not getting into analysis paralysis.

@Zachary Harrison That's a great point there! Will be worth looking into listing on Airbnb with a minimum stay of 30+ days. With regards to parking, I have a 2 car garage and enough space on the driveway for 2 more cars.
