mine stick in the ground and look like realtors signs. therefore till now i only received one angry call. people as soon as they see those think that we have a magic wand and buy every propertie out there. so thats why i make myself clear(on who we are and what we do) before i start talking to them

if you have a comercial building . you can actually get prefab tops from china. preecut ready too install. all you need to do is get a grinder and cut the sink out. as far as prizes tri state area is expensive compare to other states . ny,nj,ct. you probably pay around 37-50 in some cases. the cheaper the prize the cheaper the quality. a lot off shops charge cheap but their polishing and installation is also cheap. so in most off cases you get what you pay for.In NJ there is a lot off wholesalers you can buy a slab and do your own fabrication .a slab costs between 500 to 800.

I am a contractor and i usually dont work with investors. One reason only is that investors cut corners and they wont let you do your job.I should say a lot off them.on the other hand i would just go to google maps and there you will find a lot off bussineses registered. I will say that good companies often dont even use paid services .the reason is that you get a lot off calls that waste your time

I AM A TILE GUY. I intall granite tops and and tile bathrooms kitchens and all those other stuff. GRANITE HANDS DOWN.Concrete gives you the same color throughout, which granite can't.But granite is natural and you cant scratch or burn and you dont really need to seal every year. Get an expensive sealer and you will be good for years. corian is a no no fo rentals but you can also sand corian down.depends where you rent ...they might steal you r granite or concrete tops away. tiles you can do and ive installed. the problem is you need so many layers off preparation.

Kids they are not so bad.Adults are the one you have to worry about.in my case adults tore my garazhe doors out and were leaving without telling anyone.Thank god one off my friends passed by the house and he told me that the doors on the house were wide open. Then again you have to check the parents. if they are clean the kids will be clean
