I appreciate the nice review, but I appreciate your post to "how high can property values go up even more. It is nice for some experienced investors to explain to all the newer investors how bad reality can look. I suggest everyone check out history. It does repeat itself.

I wanted to thank you for posting some historic reality. I have lived through two different times like that and seen dear friends go down the tubes. Just like a rocket ship that goes up and up and up, it eventually comes back down to earth.

I loved your post. I got such a thrill out of it that I even read it to my wife! She does not participate on here but likes cute comparisons. We both smile that your last paragraph. I have received several private mails from investors that had serious difficulties in the last downturn. I have asked them to enter that information in this thread, but I haven't seen it yet. Reality can cause euphoria but when the reality changes it can definitely cause doom.

I am having a difficult time learning the nuances of the bigger pockets website. I have tried the I tabs at the top including search bigger pockets to no avail. I would love to have a better understanding of this.

The posting of this review really got screwed up. It was actually a review sent by Mark Alan from Marcus and Millichap in Dallas. the support team at bigger pockets was able to move it over here, but it should not show as coming from me. Originally it was entered as post number 262-9918 in the pro-exclusive area.
