Thank you William. If you are so inclined, feel free to write a review on the BP thread for that purpose.
J Martin- Thanks for the comments. November threw me for a loop, but it looks like I'll be there. One more item to move around (trip to Hawaii at same time). Use me in any way you desire. Speaker or panelist or just a pretty face-I'm easy. Good luck on the planning.

Hi Engelo,
Not sure what you want. I've got a few thousand posts as well as many threads I've started. Spoke at Original BP Summit and have spoken at many other seminars also. Invited to this one by Jay and I've met with him. Was pretty certain I'd be there until month was changed to Nov. I'm coming from FL, so I'm trying to tie in trip with some other things. We'll know in a few weeks. Rich
ps If there is something specific, just ask me.

Sorry to post again. After renting hundreds of weeks in my condos in Cancun and selling thousands of my Book (including Kindle), i received my FIRST formal complaint because the Book wasn't delivered! Claimant ordered on the 20th and I received a formal request for info today... Again, thanks to all those that were patient and I apologize for the delay. For all U.S. customers, Book will be delivered between the 24th and 29th of May depending on your zip code. Canadians and other foreigners will receive their Book a little later. Sorry for the Rant... Have a good day. Rich
p.s. If you want name of BP member that filed the complaint, feel free to message me.....

To all those that ordered my Book in the last 6 weeks while I was on a Cruise, they went out today. Sorry again for the delay. Thanks. Rich

Sergio,
I wouldn't give any recommendations for companies that I haven't done business with. At the present time, I don't have any positive ones. If you ask me about a specific option, company, or person- I'll reply to that if I have done business with them. It won't be a positive review... Just getting on a plane so done for today. Good luck. Rich. Tchau.

Manny- as a FL real estate investor, I'd suggest more caution. Lease option ONLY works with escalating prices. As you know, FL prices don't always escalate. If you get caught with a lot of lease options when the reversal comes again, you'll walk away and lose the option money. It will happen again, only a question of when. If you think that date is far enough in the future, then take a chance. If you have concern about wholesale property drying up, slowdown or reversal in home prices, then tread lightly, imo. Good luck. Rich

Sergio,
I would urge you to be very careful investing from long distance. I'm afraid that there would be more people trying to separate you from your money than to help it grow for you.. This comes after 40 years of RE experience. I own property in FL and also Texas. I think I prefer the TX market. Huge state with different median priced homes in different parts of the State. Most areas are extremely oriented toward growth and many Hispanics and Latins buying there. I have many folks from Monterey, MX investing just across the border in So Tx and further northward. Good luck and be careful. I really think you could plan a trip to do your own research before throwing money around. Rich
p.s. I lived in So America for 2 years when young and absolutely loved it!

I have a sil that moved there for a couple years, bought a lot to build on etc. For her, It just didn't seem right and the actual costs were not much less but the climate was to her liking. She eventually sold the lot and came back to U.S. Rich

I wish this had come in sooner! I just finished a 37 day cruise. There were THREE HUNDRED FIFTY Aussies on same cruise! We discussed RE a lot, but not these subjects. I have a few e-mail addresses of new Aussie friends and gave the BP site to many. Maybe one of them will be able to help you out. Good luck. Rich

I've kind of passed the Fantasy stage. My goal is to "fog the mirror" each morning when I awake! I set pretty realistic goals for myself decades ago and am pretty satisfied with where I currently find myself.
I live in the most fantastic retirement "disneyworld" in existence, The Village, Florida. I play sports most of the day Choice of 45 golf courses-most free for life, 140 pickleball courts, 2000 clubs to be part of, listen to music at 3 different venues each evening and have almost all properties under great management with a personal assistant overseeing them. I do have enough going on to keep the juices flowing and enough passive income to live and also pass on to future generations. I have several humanitarian things I'm involved in. Alzheimers research donations (thanks to those that have purchased my Book) and filters purchased through a Christian organization to provide clean water generated for Haiti.
I've been extremely blessed and lucky while trying to be "mostly" a good steward of what god has given to me. In the "mid stage" of my life, my fantasies are small and reachable for the most part. Rich
