Hello! looking to connect with more experienced investors, so here's what I'm dealing with. a while ago we had received a free packet from comed with a few things to save on water. not sure what the items are called but it was something to put on the faucets and a water saving shower head

@john Warren can you please tell me if leasing agents share some of the responsibilities with a pm working in the city or if they have different responsibilities. Also, do leasing agents have the flexibility to work when they want? are there any monthly quotas they have to meet?

The agent working for networth has to pay a non refundable of 5k? Why is it that and for what?
