Sounds like you wont trust anyone with that type of responsibility and i can't say i dont blame bruh, i'd have some trust issues as well however that only means the only person right for the job is you my man! lol im interested to see how this turns out man please keep me updated on this dave mahalo bruh and best of luck !!

@Tony H. the rule wont work on all the deals, here in hawaii ? its very hard to use the rule out here(for me at least), so really dont rely on the rule focus more so on the numbers making sense without the rule in the equation thats just me
