Non payment of rent and if my inspections showed abuse of my property.  For most other things, I would call the authorities or whatever ONLY IF I would call the authorities on their behavior if they were NOT my tenants. [ie. meth lab, child prostitution ring,]

The engineer goes in today.  Whether or not he goes through this purchase hinges on what the engineer says. Very nerve wracking.

As many of you know, I am Autistic.  Because of that I both perceive and interpret the world totally differently than most neurotypicals [non Autistics] I am aware that my way of thinking and behaving is considered 'weird as hell" by many NTs'. [neurotypicals] Most Autistics are incredulous as well by NT conclusions and rationale.

Every Autistic is different.  That being said, we TEND to be perplexed by the fact that we are in a world that leans towards hive and herd mentality.  There is much that Autistics can learn about the positives of this type of mentality.  Conversely, there is much that I believe NTs' can learn from us.  That being said, this is my take on what is going on.

A and B said that C was smoking pot in a rental. The fact that A and B said that, does NOT make it true. Suddenly, there is this LEAP into ecstasy and mushrooms and selling drugs.  I have re-read posts on this thread numerous times and I cannot understand how that leap took place. 

I would be very wary of evicting someone based on gossip or scapegoating and jumping to conclusions. It could backfire in a courtroom. BigTime.

Evict someone because of rumors?  I personally do not trust trouble makers.  I live in Colorado where cannabis is legal. In addition I live in a teeny-tiny travel trailer in the mountains.  My 20 year old son smokes quite a bit  of cannabis [ was one of the first minors  who received the cannabis card in the state because of excruciating neurological pain] and it does stink.  BUT, the smell does not creep permanently into everything like cigarette smoking does.  If the smoke does bother A and B, maybe you should ask C or D to start using a vaporizer.

This is incredible!  AFTER you have accomplished your goals for the year, I would love to hear the specifics of how you started out. 

I don't know which way it shifted. Isn't it strange that there are no cracks or window or door problem if it has shifted? I am hoping for good news from the engineer.
