The Central Austin Real Estate Meetup gathers again on St Patty's Day (march 17) 6:30 at Super Coffee HQ. Come meet fellow investors and hear from an accomplished Acquisitions Agent. We will be diving into negotiation strategies with off-market sellers. Austin is one of the most competitive markets in the country and this is an opportunity to learn from someone who is routinely picking up off market deals! Hope to see you all there!

About our speaker:

Stephen has been working in real estate investing since 2017. After reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad," he decided the best way to learn the real estate investing business would be to work for someone with more experience. So Stephen joined Simple House Solutions, a home flipping and wholesaling company in Dallas, Texas that did over 50 flips and 100 wholesale transactions per year as one of their acquisitions managers. There he was trained by the broker-owner on how to run comps and accurately predict the cost of reconstruction. He was also trained by John Martinez's REI Sales Academy with weekly coaching calls from John's private coaching team. He now works as the buyer for a local home flipping company and has personally contracted millions of dollars in real estate acquisitions. In addition to working as a buyer for multiple real estate investment companies, Stephen has over ten years of combined sales experience.

Most of us know that it's important to build passive income streams and owning rental property is tried and true method to make that happen. But landlording is a lot more than buying a house, renting it out collecting checks in your mailbox. Join the central austin real estate investors this thursday 10/7 as we dive into some of the nuances of landlording and property management. The meeting will take place at Front Page and we will be gathering in the common area adjacent to the bar.
