Tom K. Wilson holds a bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware. He began investing in real estate in the 70s after a successful career in early technology firms. He has bought and sold over 4,000 units and over half a billion dollars of real estate in 6 states, including three condo conversion projects, 20 syndications, 9 multifamily, 18 commercial, and over 650 residential properties.

Tom is an active contributor & speaker in real estate investment clubs and forums around California, including Bay Area Commercial & Multifamily (BACOMM), the leading commercial investment club in California. Mr. Wilson also hosts the weekly radio show Real Estate Radio POWER Investing on KDOW. Mr. Wilson is a 50-year resident of Silicon Valley and lives in Saratoga, CA.

Background of Jeff Pollack:

Jeff Pollack is Managing Partner of Trident Equity Group, LLC where he fixes and flips residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jeff also runs the San Jose Real Estate Networking Club in San Jose, CA since March of 2014. The group has over 2500 members.

Jeff began investing in real estate in October 2011 with purchasing and rehabbing properties in strategic locations out-of-state. Early on, most properties were being added to Jeff's buy and hold portfolio of rentals. After being laid off from his day job in October 2013 Jeff became a full time investor. He has purchased and renovated over 50 properties in Texas, Georgia, and California with over $25 million worth of transactions. Some of these properties have been sold to investors or owner occupants, others to investors as turn-key products, and several have been added to Jeff’s personal portfolio.

Jeff holds a PhD in Microbiology from U.C. Davis. Prior to becoming a full time investor, he spent 12 years in the biotechnology industry in research & development and project management. He lives in Redwood City with his wife and 3 kids.
