Thank you for sharing this Amy!  Here in PA, we have been forced to not work during the pandemic by our Governor.  He deems us non-essential.  We may not show homes or go out for ANY real estate related business since March 16, 2020. Times are tough and I just got an ad to purchase Home Snap for only $99 for the year when it is normally $599.  I really need to be careful about what I spend right now and your feedback helped.  Thanks again.

Helping the distressed seller with no functioning heat.

Through a referral

Found out the entire plumbing system was not good (bad materials) and replaced all of it

What was the outcome?

Going to list for sale soon!

I am licensed in PA and know great lenders, trade personnel, etc.

I am busy investing (licensed as well), raising three boys ages 10 and under, being a decent spouse and trying to keep somewhat of a fitness regime...lol

Thank you Brett, I did contact my local insurance agent and he recommended some limits for both possessions and liability for me here in my state.

@Brett Begley did you also find out if there are minimum liability amounts recommend for tenant’s rental insurance?
