Thank you for the responses! Yes, I am looking for a partnership where I do the leg work and they simply invest in the money. If he puts in the money, say $50K, what is the ROI he is getting? like 10%? I would assume I need to get a lawyer to sort out the agreement. How would I go about finding lawyers who handle with these matters? I'm as new as they come and I have started buying books and learning more about it. I'm sorry for any vague, silly questions. I am looking to learn, so please feel free to educate me on anything or everything.

New to the real estate business. I have a potential investor. How would I go about setting that up and what are the usual terms? Also, what are some tips in finding the right lawyer for such tasks? Thank you in advance!
