Thanks Eric for the Update! I enjoy going up there as a getaway and hope to get a Vacation Home/STR one of these days. I recently got my Realtors License and think there might be a need up there for AirBnB management since Vacasa doesn't seem to be up there and wasn't that great, and It'll give me an excuse to get up there often. I'll message you for your input.
@Amanda Similly any update on your NACA Loan/purchase? Am curious about this program.

@Amber Smith @Sanjeev Advani Great info, thank you! How are things now in Taft? is it solely an oil town? How is the rental market since COVID? Looking at getting my first LTR next year, 2021. Something to Rent and Hold, with some decent cash flow, low turnover, $150K max. I own my home in Long Beach, CA. I have a special needs son and just planning ahead. Starting to research Bakersfield and Taft. Any advice appreciated. Thank you, Vivian

@Eric Mcginn Thank you for the update! I'm looking to get a little cabin out there in Crestline/Lake Gregory also. I have a smaller budget and can't buy until next year. How is your STR with Vacasa going? Do you know how the LTR market is up there. I know the market is a bit hot up there now. Will see if there's more inventory next year. Thank you for your updates.
