I've learned how to underwrite product, have leads; however, it's the negotiating process, and finding partnerships or qualifying for financing that's been the intimidating part.
This course is primarily focused on people who don’t have their first investment yet. Ashley will present various strategies and provide a structure for finding a first investment, but she will also have a lecture dedicated to making offers/negotiating, and a whole lecture on partnerships, and then another one on funding. So this may be helpful to you too, but ultimately is up to you :)

I have a few questions.
Does the boot camp include weekly live sessions other than the weekly Q&A? Or is content solely presented via on-demand sessions?
Who will lead accountability groups? And how big are groups?
The main content is presented through on-demand lectures, and then besides the weekly Q&A which is live, we will be putting you into accountability groups which we encourage you to meet live (virtually) for, but that is up to you and your 5-10 person group. There won't be a particular leader for the accountability groups, as it is more of a mastermind group for people in your time zone.

I am interested in this bootcamp. However there is very little info on the course. Do you have more info like - syllabus, list of mentors/coaches etc?
Hi! Ashley Kehr will go over a wide variety of topics, such as goal setting, partnerships, how to find and fund deals, how to build a team, how to determine what market to invest in, how to analyze deals, and how to make offers & negotiate. She also discusses different strategies, business practices, and ways to automate your workflow.

Sincerely,
Justice Short
Hi Justice, you definitely can! The lectures will be pre-recorded and on demand, and then we are hoping to work out recordings for the live one as well. The material will be delivered asynchronously too, so you should be good there!

Hey @Kai Kopsch ! The reason your contact button isn't showing up is because in your signature settings, you've chosen your non-Premium company. If you go to https://www.biggerpockets.com/settings/basics/signature and select your "Premier SIR Kai Kopsch" company instead, you will then start getting the contact button! And you won't see it yourself, but everyone else will. Let me know if you have other questions!
