You can also find an investor-friendly agent here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/companies/find-real-estate-agent-directory! There are lots of different things specific to you that will help you find a good match, so if you value speed of communication, or someone who can find you off-market deals, or someone who specializes in finding properties you can flip, etc., you can start figuring out what you want to specialize in and find an agent who specializes in that as well! Our directory has filters for you to find someone faster.

I echo what people said above. I have a bunch of friends (mid 20s, early 30s) who are trying to move out of Edmond, which is a lot better for families, into the areas of OKC mentioned above, so depending on who you're trying to rent to, take that into consideration!

Hi @Joshua Howaniec! Right now the only Premium-eligible companies are for agents, investment companies (like turnkey companies, for example), and hard money lenders. Our contractor category isn't eligible quite yet!
