Yes. One makes enough to qualify on her own.the other is starting her first real job and her mom will co-sign

I have two young tenants with little credit history wanting to rent one of my units. One of their mothers has agreed to be a cosigner. She’s solid with a good income. Do I have all three sign the lease or just the occupants?
