@Johny Michaud the whole idea behind a BPO is to get a neutral 3rd party opinion so I would say no not on your own property. You will also need a license for that. Are you doing short sales? If so let me know if you are looking for pre-foreclosure leads. I have them all pretty much.

@Michaela Chaidez how about an arv and a repair estimate and some pictures so we can evaluate the property?

@Sam K. if the property is under contract why not put the full address and save us some time?

@Mike Doran hi mike. Welcome to BP. I do not know a lot about commercial, but I do have (non-motivated) leads such as vacant retail, high equity commercial leads I do not know what to do with.
