Landlords with 1/4 rentals, We are able to now offer simple business purpose loans based on your DSCR starting @ 5.75% APR for a 5/1 ARM for Purchase, R/T, up to 80% of LTV or Cash Out up to 75% LTV based on your credit score. Besides a credit score over 620, as long as you have a lease and a payment, we go with the lower amount of the rental comps or the lease amount. No bank or income statements needed to qualify and no limit to the amount of properties you own.

Hi Tania, at this time no hard $ or construction loans, that is a crowed space! Possible for future, plus more than 4 units as well. Defiantly can get you out of the HML once you have a signed lease...

 Great question Rob, the only thing you need is a leased property with a lease that has made a payment, we take the lesser of the lease amount, or the lease comps in the appraisal. If you are in-between renters, just an explanation of what you are doing, paint, carpet, roof, etc. Hope that helps...

@Rahul Bhatt, Please start a new thread to counter his continuing advertising for new victims. Are there any class action lawyers interested in this??? PM me for more info. I know it hurts, but this criminal needs to be put behind bars...
