@Dwayne Kendall hi can you private message me, I have an amazing realtor. When I say amazing i mean she goes out of her way to do things you can't do from a distance. Truly amazing. I've been investing in Ocala for 6 years it's a growing business and the market there is really expanding. I too started investing because it's the area my parents began in. So much success to you.

this is exactly what I'm looking to do purchase cash, small rehab, rent, refinance and then repeat. Can you give me an idea of what the rental market looks like in your experience?
