Thanks, @Charles Kao! I hadn’t pursued using them because I thought I couldn’t if I had ESS! I’m going to look into it now! 

I also vote for Easy Storage Solutions! I use them for my facilities. Very straightforward and user friendly, excellent customer service. 

I use Easy Storage Solutions for my facilities, and I feel like it only really works for smaller, remote-operated facilities. It does not have all the bells and whistles as Sitelink and others. I’m happy with it because it is “easy,” but I’d have to switch to something else if I had places with a larger number of units. If you plan to have people on-site daily, I’d go with Sitelink or similar. 

That being said, Easy Storage Solutions has great customer service and they just set up everything for my new place in less than 48 hours. 

I hope the meetup went well last night! I was wanting to come, but I have horrible laryngitis, so hopefully it was a success and I can come to the next one! 

I also use Easy Storage Solutions! There’s some areas where I wish it was a bit more advanced in terms of bells and whistles, but overall I find it to be a great program for managing my units. 

Yes, I very much agree with @Greg Dickerson about it being a retail business. It adds a whole other component.

The other thing about it (and also more retail related), is that you have to care about incoming and surrounding competition. With residential, it’s not really a concern.
