How many people lost a deal last year because the attorney or some other member of your team did not move fast enough?    I always reflect on my past year and I try to be honest with myself.  I look at the places I fell short and then try to fix it. If I am lacking the knowledge I try to find a mentor in that area. But I always want to keep my business growing.

I also want to keep adding the right team. This year my focus is my closing attorneys and my private money lenders.   Any advice or suggestions are welcome

As a real estate investor I have used the same attorneys for years.  However I need to try a new faster attorney.  In Atlanta I am interested in knowing who is a good attorney? Who is an attorney  that is fast and  LIKES Investors

In the Atlanta area what are some good attorneys or title companies that work well with Real Estate Investors?
