I bought a duplex a year ago I’m ready to buy a another property . It’s a str but the bank says can’t use the income in till I file my taxes so they can see the income . My question most my property wil be str I don’t want wait so long to move forward how will you set up your accounts so that way I can buy a property every six months or sooner Thank you BiggerPockets members
