Due to the public health concern of spreading COVID-19, the X Plus Team will be postponing the March House Hacking event. Helping our friends and clients grow their real estate investments is always our top priority, but it means nothing without good health!

We are continuing to monitor developments and are closely following updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and our state and local government authorities. We hope to resume our House Hacking Events in April! 

While this is inevitably disappointing for all of us, our community's health is a top priority. Thank you to everyone for your flexibility and support; we look forward to getting this back on calendars. Reach out if you need anything

Hey @Ryan Silc! I started off house hacking and helped clients who now do room rentals or room share in their unit. Most of my properties were in the Avondale area and surrounding, that is where my team focuses. It's a great area for rental income potential! Feel free to DM me and I can introduce you to some clients in the area, or feel free to come by one of our monthly house hacking events
