Is any one using any software they can recomend ? i am at six rented peoperties and two under construction (full gut renovations) i can no longer keep it all in my head.

I am also looking for tenants to be able to pay rent on line

Has anyone used this websit for finding tenants / marketing a rental and the ongoing managment of the tenant after move in? IE: collection the rents, back ground / credit check etc. i am just finishing construction on this one.

I would be intrested as well

i am planing on going to PR after the hoildays and would like to look at some properties in PR if i can find some one to manage them
