@Jacob Song Hey I have lived in vegas my whole life and I have seen some nice multifamily properties with potential. A lot of the multifamily properties are in bad areas and yea I hear the stories too. But if you manage or have good management for your property in those bad areas investing in vegas could really work out great. I would do it myself but don't have the money so I have to wait until I have built up some cash or connect with a private lender. But a lot of these properties are not being managed very well which is why theyhabe these problems just my opinion.

@Asad Shaikh Thanks for replying, and I understand what your saying. I just want to be so involved in real estate I want to eat, sleep and **** real estate lol. And Yes you very right about staying focused on one thing instead of bouncing around...Im just getting started out as an agent and started thinking about things I can do while im not busy with being an agent. And property management and inspector came to mind.

@Justin R. Yea thats true.....I was reading some article about how demand for appraisers is getting stronger. It was saying its not the same process like it was back then to become an appraiser, it is way more complex now and more requirements.

@Justin R. Ok thats good to know...And yea!! I looked into the appraisal world the time and requirements are a little hefty but so worth it. I was reading that it takes 2 years to finish and you need a bachelor's or associates degree...

@Charlie MacPherson thanks for responding .....and yes i was reading up on how serious an inspection is and the trouble you could end up in for not doing the job right. I thought about the conflict of interest too, so I was thinking i would keep both totally seperate. Have you ever heard of somebody doing both?

@Justin R. I see what your saying people would like im trying to get over on them. But I was thinking if I did both of these and just kept them seperate i would not inspect a house im giving my agent services on and I would not give my agent services on a house im inspecting.
