Thinking of going into business as a home inspector. This would be my way of getting started towards investing in real estate. Doing this I could build a big contact list and also learn new things and save money for a down payment on my first sfh investment. Any advice about this business that anyone can share? Thanks for reading

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes, I plan on doing all the inspections myself. And 3 a day would be lovely, I see people charging from $75-$500 out here in vegas depending on sqaure footage and age of home. So 3 a day is decent money even 3 a week would be good for me. I will be going to school and completing all the necessary courses and doing whatever i have to in order to master this field. I feel like this business would be good to get myself into real estate and build contacts for when i start investing in rei. I have other income sources so money from this business will be put away to invest in my first property.

@Jeff Keller @Alexander Estrin @Ari Bauer thank you all for your answers....but ok so you can buy a single condo. Im asking because im thinking about becoming a Airbnb host. Hopefully I can find a condo in a good area for about $50,000-$60,000 buy it and rent it out on Airbnb. I seen some people doing this and making about $1600 a month an after fees there left with about $750 profit thats pretty good money and after you pay off the condo you can get more profit. Imagine having twn condos and doing this.
