Hi are there any investors in Las Vegas that are working with agents or looking to work with agents. Just curious to know because I am in the process of getting my license and would like to work with investors once I acquire my license.

How can I find the owner of a ugly boarded up property? I found a house that is pretty much a fixer upper and has good potential for to be a flip. But I do not know who the owner is. So how can I go about locating the owner for the house thanks for reading.

@Brian Pulaski oh ok I see, its really depending on what kind of deal i find Im in vegas the market is pretty decent out here im seeing alot of flips being down. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me

where are the real estate meet ups in las vegas held? Looking to attend to start new friendships with people in real estate and gain knowledge from seasoned flippers,investors and real estate agents

sorry for late reply but thank you all for answering my question, but yes i just wanted a ball park price, a price that flippers have spent on doing flips. just wanted to get an idea I have been reading and listing to podcasts haven't been to any group meet ups in my city yet but i plan to. Buy a few sfh or condos here in vegas, thats not to far from strip and AirBnB with them. I heard about someone making about 4k a month with a condo on airbnb ( it was located off strip but close to it) And if you want passive you might have to hire management company.

yes i do have a little experience Inuse to do electrical and house jobs with my uncle. And no I dont have my license yet but i will be attending school to get all the licenses and everything else that i need
