Anna, we have a lot in common. I am a buy and hold investor in Columbus. I currently have 3 high-rent units owned free-and-clear in Short North and OTE. I am currently revisiting my strategies across the 3 key areas of PI - acquisition, renovation, and prop mgmt. I have realized that I'm not interested in managing the renovation aspect, but have not quite thought through how to do buy-and-hold in a small partnership.
