Duplex for sale in the 5500 block of N College Ave. Has been performing great recently as a furnished MTR for travel nurses, and some time as an Airbnb as well. Seller financing possible with a decent down payment.

I know this has been posted quite often, but I'm looking for recommendations for a Contractor that might be able to fit in a couple projects within the next couple of months.
I would really like to have a bathroom and kitchen remodel completed before the end of April, and further down the road would need a detached garage built.

John - Honor Credit Union in SW Michigan does Portfolio Loans for 85% LTV / 15% down, but the customer service so far has been atrocious. Gotta figure out if that's worth working with!
