Thanks, Michael. I'm excited to grow this area of my life. 

My wife and I both fell into real estate investing. We both will be improving upon our positive and negative experiences of past buy and hold rental/lease deals to build a better future for our family, church, and our future. We expect to first, replace her full time income, and second, replace my full time income.

I look forward to both learning from others and passing on my knowledge to better the community.
