Hi Everyone,

I have a client who is looking for an apartment complex in the NJ, PA, DE area and I wanted to ask for advice on ways to search for apartment complexes. Beyond the usual MLS I have not learned enough to look further. I am reaching out to the bigger pockets community for ideas on how to find my guy a deal. Any idea is helpful.

Kate- Thanks so much for the advice I really appreciate it. I will definitely keep all those potential lead Gen ideas in mind.

Luka- I definitely agree with the education part. I have been listening to podcasts from the bigger pockets for a while now. I also have a read a few investing books, (Flip, Hold, millionaire real estate investor). I am also heavily involved in going to my local REIA and learning from all the guys doing deals. Thanks so much for the input.

Anybody have good book recommendations? Or Podcasts?
