Thinking of setting a marketing budget, is there a reasonable roi expectation lets say if I sent out $500 in targeted direct to mail flyers?

As title states, when rehabbing homes, what is the best way to handle asbestos shingles on fix and flip. Is there a process to change the records if I cover them with Vinyl?

I am also interested in finding this out. I hear the section 8 investing. I hear the programs are simple to use and if you get a quality tenant it is well worth it.

Quote from @James Sebastian:

I rented a detatched garage while I was (slowly) rehabbing a house.  He paid for a little while, eventually left me with a junk car inside, a junk car outside, and other crap to clean up.  I'd probably try it again, but better vetting of tenant and no, it's not OK if you "work on cars" there!

That is some great insight! I think I am going to pursue this neighbors.com approach and see if I can get a boat stored in there!

I have a detached garage that is with my airbnb. The guest do not use it and do not have access to it. It is in the rear of the property and has its own private entrance. I was thinking I would post it on Neighbors.com. It is big enough to fit a small boat in there. I think I may be able to get a few hundred extra a month. Does anyone have experience doing this?
