Just curious to see how many people own older construction. If so, did you update everything (electrical, plumbing, etc)? Do you regret holding an old house?

What major rehab work is required for this age of home? Is plumbing and electrical modernized enough at this point? 

I'm seeking a reputable property manager who knows what renters are looking for, rental rates, etc for this area. Any recommendations?

I'm considering buying a fourplex to househack. Most likely the property will be distressed so the FHA loan wouldn't be the best option here. What loan options do I have to put little money down and wrapping the rehab into the loan? Buying cash is great for a quick close, but I don't have the money for that or the contacts to do such a thing.

Anyone able to find this to do a house hack? Interested in doing an FHA and live in a unit.

I'm wanting to build a relationship with a great wholesaler in KC. Any recommendations with someone who has a great track record? Please PM me.
