Hey @Darin Gravallese thanks for the warm welcome. I agree 100%, BP is addictive. I've been networking non-stop since yesterday. What is your niche? and where are you looking to start investing first?

Hey Ben,
Welcome, and congrats on your first and now second SFH. I like the direction you're headed "multi-family" I've heard from others that the BRRR strategy is a very powerful way to grow your portfolio. Why Framingham and Waltham? and how are you financing? Thanks in advance.

Hello BP community!
My name is Willy, from Boston, MA, and I'm very excited to be part of the BP community and starting my new journey as a REI!
A bit about myself: I worked as a sound engineer for over five years in the state of NY, moved to Massachusetts in early 2007, after gaining some experience in the medical field as an assistant medical technician, I decided to pursue a career in biomedical engineering. I'm currently in my sophomore year at Francis College of Engineering / UMass Lowell.
As you can see, I've been in the rat race for quite some time now, and still pushing forward. Unfortunately, I feel that's all I've been doing all my life - is pushing. After just a month of listening to BP podcasts, reading blogs, and real estate books such as Rich Dad Poor Dad, I feel knowledgeable enough to start interacting with others in BP and building lasting business relationships.
As an investor, I’m interested in buying and holding multi-unit rental properties in, or near the Boston, MA area. I'm new to all of this, but I'm motivated and eager to contribute to and learn from the BP community. I'm a good listener, a quick learner, skillful videographer/photographer, and a people's person. If you're in the MA are, working on a project and need an extra pair of hands, or just want to network, please don't hesitate to ask. I wouldn’t mind working from the ground up in order to learn the ropes or assist in any way possible to help you succeed in your endeavors. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully working together.
Cheers
Willy
