When interest rates increase, home prices will decrease. Foreclosures may also increase if there are a number of people on adjustable rate mortgages that can't afford an increase in payments.

It sounds very expensive. I can imagine that it might be worth it if you could:

1. construct the system yourself or otherwise save on materials (maybe get the price under 10k?), and

2. produce enough electricity to where you are PAID every month by the electric company for the power generated. This might be supplemented with a wind turbine.

Ha. I understand that. You could still use the cards to finance the materials and other cards to finance the labor with balance transfers. Basically, just borrow the money from whatever source you can, as long as it is not too expensive.

I use Lowe's and Home Depot credit cards to finance rehabs.

Pick the option that provides the highest rate of return. I would assume that this would be the rental..

It is definitely worth going to college, if you get a practical and useful degree. The key is to try to go for free. Apply to several different colleges and see which ones will offer an assistantship or scholarship.

Usually I let calls go to voicemail. This allows me to call people back selectively. If I screen someone and find that they have had evictions, I just tell them that someone else that was qualified applied first, and that I take the first qualified person to be fair.
