Infinite Banking Concept Deep Dive

Mark and Jen do their teaching from the book “Becoming Your Own Banker”

by R. Nelson Nash.

If you would like a FREE copy of this book sent to you to read prior to the meeting, please email Mark at [email protected] with your name and your best mailing address, and he will get one sent to you ASAP.

How would you feel if you never had to go to a bank or hard money lender again??

Join Mark & Jen Heller in an informative conversation about how they created financial freedom and independence using the specific savings strategy and tools of the infinite banking concept.

In this meeting, you will learn:

· What is Infinite Banking

· The 8 core benefits

· How to become your own banker

· Why constant compounding is more advantageous

· Infinite banking vs investing (401k, CD’s, high yield savings)

· The benefits of having access to your cash for opportunities

· Why real estate agents, investors and hard money lenders prefer IBC over banks

This meeting is perfect for anyone who wants to get a better understanding of how to set up their own bank, take control of their money and create financial freedom, safety and security. Whether you've heard about IBC before or this is a new concept, you'll walk away with the knowledge and insight to financial independence.

Speakers: Mark & Jen Heller

Mark Heller – Wealth Strategist

Mark has a deep passion to teach others how to create optimal health and wealth in their life. He has a B.A. in marketing as well as nearly 20 years of experience in residential property management. Over the years, he’s managed several hundred doors and many of Dane Counties largest residential properties, owner-occupied multi-family buildings as well as flipped a variety of homes and condos in and around Madison, WI.

In 2020, Mark stepped away from flipping and shifted much of his focus into residential property management and hard money lending. An alarm went off one day though when their bank gave them the run around on a simple loan refinance...despite great credit and ample funds. Frustrated, his wife, Jen, strongly suggested they secure their personal funds in a different location and consider other options. Their minds opened and expanded to new possibilities and in walked IBC.

They discovered the Infinite Banking Concept through their real estate mastermind group. Upon hearing about it, Mark immediately read R. Nelson Nash's book, Becoming Your Own Banker. Quickly digested, the power and concept highly intrigued him and within a few days, he knew it was exactly what they desired for their lifestyle and financial freedom.

Over the last few years, Mark’s knowledge and passion for infinite banking along with the desire to teach others how to create financial freedom has grown tremendously.

When Mark isn’t crunching numbers or helping friends with their real estate deals, he and Jen are enjoying their home and cats in southern WI. They travel often, visit family Up North and find joy exploring our country's many National Parks.

Please reach out if you want to take control of your money, create generational wealth and change the financial trajectory of your future – I’d be honored to serve you.

Jen Heller – Health & Wealth Educator

In short, Jen is a health and wellness educator, host of the “Homes That Heal” podcast, an infrared sauna expert and your go-to resource for creating a high-vibe, abundant life. She is a certified holistic health/nutrition coach the founder of Jen Heller Lifestyle.

Jen holds a Business Management degree and a 14-year career with Coca-Cola. During that time, she was in several leadership and management roles including human resources, sales and distribution.

During the 2008/2009 market crash, she dove into real estate buying her first flip in her hometown of Rhinelander, WI. Later, she expanded her passion and purchased long-term rental properties but sold that portfolio when moving to Madison where she worked alongside Mark flipping homes/condos. She too has since turned all her attention to hard money lending and building their own long-term wealth fund.

After suffering a stroke, paralysis and a long road of heavy metal toxicity, Jen has become an expert and beacon of inspiration in the health and wellness space. She left corporate in 2014 to pursue opening a wellness center/sauna studio (Jenerate Wellness – Waunakee, WI) to teach others the importance of safe detoxification and living a healthy, vibrant lifestyle.

After letting go of her wellness center during Covid and living through a significant financial loss, her overall mission has expanded into strategic wealth strategies. Her passion is to elevate her impact by teaching others how to gain the access, tools and resources needed to pave the path to true health, wealth and happiness. She believes living a life by design is essential for your overall well-being and freedom.

On a personal note, when she’s not dialed into work, you can find Jen enjoying yoga, reading, writing, campfires, hiking, boating and time with their cats, family and friends.

Mastering Tax Planning: Protect Your Wealth and Your Deals!

In 2024, we're seeing a surge in IRS liens and garnishments, making effective tax planning more crucial than ever. The IRS is ramping up collections, and it's essential to navigate these waters with confidence. Here’s what Amy will cover:

  1. Tax Planning, Not Paying: Focus on strategic tax planning to minimize your liabilities.
  2. Ensuring Proper Tax Structures: Ensure you have the right entities in place.
  3. Choose the Right Tax Preparers and Bookkeepers: Collaborate with experienced professionals who understand the intricacies of tax regulations.
  4. Common Deductions People Miss: Don’t leave money on the table!
  5. Dealing with Increased Collections: If you find yourself facing collection actions, know your rights.
  6. What to Do If You Get a Notice from the IRS: Don’t panic!
  7. Handling IRS Liens and Garnishments: If an IRS lien or garnishment threatens your business deals, act quickly.

The key to thriving in today’s tax landscape is knowledge and preparedness. Equip yourself with the right resources, and don’t face the IRS alone.

Speaker: Wealth Strategist Brian Fleming

Brian Fleming has devoted his life to helping others, with a deep passion for service and protection. With 25 years of experience as a police officer, he faced the realities of victimization and took pride in safeguarding people and their property. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of responsibility and justice, which he now applies to the financial sector. Recognizing the complexities and risks in managing finances, Brian has become an educator, focusing on teaching financial truth. His goal is to protect people’s hard-earned money and assets, guiding them to make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary risks.

When he stumbled upon the Infinite Banking Concept, while running his own REIA, he used the investigative skills he obtained as a police officer to find out more, and he knew this would be a perfect fit for what he wanted to do in "retirement" and became an insurance agent while still a police officer to pursue that. He has used IBC to fund college, finance cars, rehab rentals, and buy a rental property. He emphasizes the importance of financial clarity, certainty, and security, aiming to help others build and preserve their wealth for a stable future. As a police officer, fellow officers are those he enjoys working with.

Beyond his professional work, he has been investing in real estate for over 30 years and loves working with real estate investors, he served as the Chair Ambassador of the Hartford Chamber of Commerce, promoting local businesses, and is an active member of the Hartford Lions Club, where he participates in charitable initiatives. He also supports his fellow officers through his involvement with the local Fraternal Order of Police lodge and he and his wife Barb enjoy having fun together.

FIND the Deal, MAKE the Deal, GET PAID Workshop

Join Tom at this event and you will learn these 5 frameworks:

1. Master Marketing: From Marketing Tumbleweeds to Marketing Stampede

2. Seal the Deal: Getting Sellers from “No” to “Yes!”

3. Know what the property is really worth: From Uncertainty to Certainty

4. How to Get the Numbers Right: From Confusion to Clarity

5. Use the Right Contracts: From Legal Confusion to Legal Precision

Speaker: Tom Zeeb

Back in 2001 Tom was broke as a joke.

A near-death experience while whitewater rafting pushed him to find a new way to break free of his 9-to-5 job.

His first "deal" almost took him under as well, but real estate investing saved him in the end. Both personally and financially.

Hundreds of deals later, he is happy to share the same negotiation, marketing and business techniques that set him free, so you can do the same. Simple, structured, and step-by-step.

Techniques that take you from spinning your wheels to doing profitable deals.

Investors of all levels struggle with their businesses. Newbies want to get started but often keep hitting the wall of confusion and spinning their wheels. Intermediate and advanced investors often find that they made a wrong turn and built a business they aren’t actually happy with, but don't know how to fix and re-engineer it.

Tom works with real estate investors of all levels to get their business built (or re-built) correctly, so that their personal goals and lifestyle stays at the center of everything they do, giving them more money, more time and more freedom to spend as they please.

It is amazing what a few tweaks to the core elements of your business can do for you. Tom teaches investors how to identify and implement those core elements.
