Join us for a session where Damon will dive into transformative topics that could reshape your future. Whether you're looking to revolutionize your business or gain insights into cutting-edge trends.

Get ready to explore:

· Conquer the Chaos and Live the Life You’ve Always Wanted

· Build a Predictable Business with REI BlackBook

· Learn why what you've been told about AI is only half the story

· The Future of REI BlackBook: Rebuilt, Revitalized

Speaker:

Damon Remy is the Chief Everything Officer of REI BlackBook.

Before launching REI BlackBook, he painfully worked a J.O.B. where he’ll readily admit he was a terrible employee who constantly thought, “I can do this so much better.”

As the brains and heart behind REI BlackBook, his total focus is on doing it better, dreaming it bigger, building for the future, listening to the REI BlackBook community needs, and ensuring the BlackBook team understands the company mission and purpose so their hearts, as well as their minds, are engaged every day.

He’s a self-taught tech enthusiast who got his start in computer technology from the Marine Corps when he was thrown into maintaining their network. He fell in love with technology then and there and broke everything so he could figure out how it worked.

An exuberant father to his 4 kids Dallas, Kenna, Mya and Dax (which includes coaching them in basketball in his spare time,) and one heck of a singer (who landed his wife, Jackie, with a karaoke song,) Damon believes that helping others succeed is the best way to spend your time.

In 2024, we're seeing a surge in IRS liens and garnishments, making effective tax planning more crucial than ever. The IRS is ramping up collections, and it's essential to navigate these waters with confidence. Here’s what Amy will cover:

  1. Tax Planning, Not Paying: Focus on strategic tax planning to minimize your liabilities.
  2. Ensuring Proper Tax Structures: Ensure you have the right entities in place.
  3. Choose the Right Tax Preparers and Bookkeepers: Collaborate with experienced professionals who understand the intricacies of tax regulations.
  4. Common Deductions People Miss: Don’t leave money on the table!
  5. Dealing with Increased Collections: If you find yourself facing collection actions, know your rights.
  6. What to Do If You Get a Notice from the IRS: Don’t panic!
  7. Handling IRS Liens and Garnishments: If an IRS lien or garnishment threatens your business deals, act quickly.

The key to thriving in today’s tax landscape is knowledge and preparedness. Equip yourself with the right resources, and don’t face the IRS alone.

What you will learn at this event:

• 8 negotiation techniques you can use now

• How (and why) to put negotiation techniques into your own "voice"

• The "flow" of a typical negotiation

• The 3 categories needed to get the price & terms you want

• Using a straightforward approach to correctly build your business

• How to negotiate deals like a pro (even if the thought of negotiating scares you)

• How to use negotiation for ANY exit strategy (rehabbing, BRRR, wholesale, commercial, etc)

• And much more...

Speaker: Tom Zeeb

Back in 2001 Tom was broke as a joke.

A near-death experience while whitewater rafting pushed him to find a new way to break free of his 9-to-5 job.

His first "deal" almost took him under as well, but real estate investing saved him in the end. Both personally and financially.

Hundreds of deals later, he is happy to share the same negotiation, marketing and business techniques that set him free, so you can do the same. Simple, structured, and step-by-step.

Techniques that take you from spinning your wheels to doing profitable deals.

Investors of all levels struggle with their businesses. Newbies want to get started, but often keep hitting the wall of confusion and spinning their wheels. Intermediate and advanced investors often find that they made a wrong turn and built a business they aren’t actually happy with, but don't know how to fix and re-engineer it.

Tom works with real estate investors of all levels to get their business built (or re-built) correctly, so that their personal goals and lifestyle stays at the center of everything they do, giving them more money, more time and more freedom to spend as they please.

It is amazing what a few tweaks to the core elements of your business can do for you. Tom teaches investors how to identify and implement those core elements.

Teresa and Anthony Machi began their careers in finance at a hedge fund and a local financial institution. However, recognizing the demanding nature of their corporate roles, they sought a more fulfilling path and decided to explore real estate investing in 2009 in pursuit of financial freedom. Inspired by family values and a desire to leave the competitive corporate environment, they shifted their focus to a community-centered approach to investing.

Today, they manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties while also assisting other clients in achieving financial independence through Mach1 Lending. Mach1 Lending is an asset-based lender providing real estate investors with funding, helping them reach their investment goals through their hard money products. Additionally, they manage a private debt fund, Mach1 Capital, allowing investors to passively collect monthly returns without having to deal with the potential complexities of property management or the volatility of public investments.
