Jennie's journey into real estate began in 2012 with a spontaneous decision to rent out her Madison condo, a move that ignited her passion for real estate overnight. She became a property manager within 24 hours of posting... with a lease from the internet and sheer will.
Transitioning from a successful career as a corporate project manager, Jennie harnessed her organizational prowess and leadership acumen to delve into full-time house flipping by 2023. She has two completed projects under her belt and plans for 2-3 more in 2024. She specializes in mid-market single family and is passionate about improving family neighborhoods by providing functional & design-forward homes.
A proud Green Bay native, Jennie returned to her roots in Northeast Wisconsin in 2019, now residing in Appleton with her two adventurous boys, Damian and Bryce. She is a full-time real estate investor and investor-friendly agent with Expert Real Estate Partners.
Jonna Rae Smith is a free-spirited real estate entrepreneur, committed wife, and nurturing mother of four. With a portfolio of 13 doors, she's honed her craft in various real estate niches, from Airbnb and short-term rentals to seller financing and BRRR strategies. Starting as a self-manager, Jonna now delegates to property management, freeing her time for her passions.
Rejecting the traditional W2 grind, Jonna prioritizes family and freedom. She and her brood embrace homeschooling and world schooling, fostering a love for learning and exploration. Their wanderlust often leads them to the tranquil shores of the Florida Keys, Jonna's beloved retreat.
Beyond real estate, Jonna's life brims with creativity and care. A devotee of cooking from scratch and holistic health, she crafts nourishing meals and fosters wellness in her family. An advocate for community and small businesses, Jonna embodies the hippy spirit, spreading love and support wherever she roams. As she prepares to embark on a full-time traveling adventure this August, Jonna radiates a zest for life, inspiring others to embrace their unique paths with passion and purpose.
Deanna bought her first foreclosure at the age of 18. She spent her next year's flipping the houses she lived in before starting a full-time real estate business in 2018. From there she started building a rental portfolio alongside flipping houses while also raising 4 kids. She now owns commercial, short-term rentals, duplexes and single-family homes. Real estate has become a true passion in her life, and she recently got her real estate license to help others after experiencing how much investing has helped her build wealth. While not working she enjoys being a mom and attributes all she does in the business to her kids and building a future for them. She also enjoys traveling and going on adventures.
