Mastering Tax Planning: Protect Your Wealth and Your Deals!
In 2024, we're seeing a surge in IRS liens and garnishments, making effective tax planning more crucial than ever. The IRS is ramping up collections, and it's essential to navigate these waters with confidence. Here’s what Amy will cover:
- Tax Planning, Not Paying: Focus on strategic tax planning to minimize your liabilities.
- Ensuring Proper Tax Structures: Ensure you have the right entities in place.
- Choose the Right Tax Preparers and Bookkeepers: Collaborate with experienced professionals who understand the intricacies of tax regulations.
- Common Deductions People Miss: Don’t leave money on the table!
- Dealing with Increased Collections: If you find yourself facing collection actions, know your rights.
- What to Do If You Get a Notice from the IRS: Don’t panic!
- Handling IRS Liens and Garnishments: If an IRS lien or garnishment threatens your business deals, act quickly.
The key to thriving in today’s tax landscape is knowledge and preparedness. Equip yourself with the right resources, and don’t face the IRS alone.

How to Build a Rental Property Portfolio
What You'll Learn:
- The fundamentals of investing, finances, and property acquisition.
- How to evaluate opportunities using underwriting and risk/reward analysis.
- Classic approaches to building wealth that stand the test of time.
- Practical steps to start or grow your rental property portfolio.
Speaker: Kevin Gracyalny
Kevin purchased his first property in 2017. In the same month he started importing products and selling them at fairs and tradeshows. He used the cash the tradeshows kicked off to continue to buy investments. Using decision making criteria based around efficiency and risk/reward, he has grown this portfolio to just over $20 million.
Kevin will unpack this journey and the fundamentals of investing, finances, buying properties, underwriting, and more. These are ideas that have been around since the start of currency in the world. This classic approach to investments have built wealth for generations for thousands of years.
That's a good summary. I plan to just unpack the story, details, and sacrifices/tradeoffs. Wrapping in decisions made along the way, principles, and lenses if someone wants to continue towards their financial goals.
As an aside, my goal is to translate to ideas that worked to get to this point. It's not about me, it's about the ideas. It just happens to be me in this showcase.
