Sam Glavin

Sam had an amazing first year as an Investor, after joining Chris's local coaching program, Sam Scored a HUGE first wholesale deal with over 40k in profits. He has done a couple of more deals since, and He is well on his way to make 6 figures this upcoming year. Sam Also married the love of his life this year and is currently waiting for his first baby.

Jason Meyers

Jason is a Multi Family Wizard. For over 10 years, Jason has been involved in single-family & multi-family real estate, responsible for deal sourcing, capital raising & on-going management/investor relations of their current portfolio. Since his first experience in real estate in 2010, Jason has been involved in 5 properties totaling over $1,300,000 in real estate transactions. Jason has also helped raise over $210,000 to fund these deals from private investors. Currently, he is responsible for all deal sourcing, capital raising & due diligence of multifamily investments in the greater Madison area for his team.

Trent Grant

Born and raised in MI, Trenton decided to take a break from college and focus on REI. Not even 20 years old, Trenton is one of those investors that you can actually see the drive and tenacity in their eyes.

After his first 4 accepted offers fell through, Trent relantles drive got him his 5th accepted offer, and broke the records for a coaching student's first deal with over $90k in profits! Trent's life goal is to own commercial real estate and he is currently pursuing that dream.

John Reiske

John is a brilliant young man. After an impressive Highschool football career and going to UW, At age 18, john decided to dedicate his life to REI. John is a full time investor, focused on wholesale and wholetail deal along side with Tim Dougherty they recently made a huge $80,000 profit on a wholesale deal.

Johnny's future is as bright as they come, and we can't wait to see his next steps!

Tim Gitto

Tim and his dad, Greg Gitto are both graduated from Chris Hake's coaching program in early 2020. If you go to Watertown, it is almost %100sure that you will find a house for Sale or In Process of a Rehab by the Gittos. Tim main focus is Fixing And Flipping houses, and He had tremendous success in the past few years doing so.

On a personal note, Chris and his wife, Suzanna, have three children, Tyler, Tanner and Trelan. He also has two dogs, Kona and Hemi. Chris loves classic muscle cars (Corvettes), all outdoor sports, especially golf, and fishing. As a husband, father, businessman, and real estate investor, Chris holds true to his core values and living his Life and Business Vision plan.

Miesha Purnell

Miesha is the owner of Breaking Boundaries Investments and co host for the Women Of WiscoREIA group. She is set to get her real estate license by the summer of 2020. She grew up in Atlanta, GA and moved to Appleton, WI during her early teens. Miesha became interested in real estate in 2009 and after years of contemplating, she jumped into wholesaling at the end of 2018; Which was followed by her first real estate transaction in the beginning of 2019. Through connections provided through her new home (WiscoREIA) she was afforded the opportunity to buy her first rental/flip.

Miesha lives with her 5 kids in the Green bay area. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning wealth building techniques, driving for dollars, BBQing, and hunting for more deals.

The challenge of investing in real estate is something that Miesha enjoys. She is always interested in sharing her knowledge and learning as much as possible.

Jeff has been a hard money lender since 2010 and a real estate investor since 2004. As a hard money lender, Jeff manages a hard money investing fund. Through both his personal ventures and lending through the fund, he has been involved in over a thousand transactions. As a lender and investor, Jeff has seen and done just about every kind of deal imaginable; everything from a simple wholesale, to rehabs, rentals, subject-to, lease with the option to purchase, seller finance and lending. Derek Dombeck

Derek has been a successful Investor since 2002. He’s been through the ups and downs of the markets and has the scars to prove it.

Derek has been involved in hundreds of transactions in his career. He’s done wholesaling, flipping, landlording, lending and countless other investment strategies throughout the years.

Derek loves negotiating with sellers. He loves to put together creative solutions for sellers that few other investors can put together.

Derek loves giving back to the real estate community. Derek runs the Central Wisconsin REIA which is based out of Wausau.

Ashley Furmanek

Ashley is a full-time real estate investor and got her start in real estate investing in 2012. Ashley has been involved in many real estate transactions, including fixing and flipping, wholesaling, lending, single family rentals, multi-family rentals, and storge units. She likes to focus on long term holds and wealth building, using OPM or creative financing.

Ashley has a passion for discussing real estate and helping others understand how anyone can use real estate to build wealth or become financially free. She is always available to help answer questions, discuss prospective deals or scenarios. Ashley spends the rest of her time being a wife and a full-time mom to two beautiful little girls that get to accompany her to many rentals, showings and "help" her with paperwork!
